We conduct our sessions using the ancient Chinese method of tongue diagnosis. You simply have to take a good quality picture of your tongue a smart phone picture will suffice and send it to us. Using our Fengyang TCM knowledge, we can accurately diagnose any imbalances or conditions that are present in your body. We are here to help you understand Taoist Chinese medicine, and any underlying reasons behind physical conditions within your body. Once we have, we have identified the underlying reasons we can prescribe an herbal formula that is custom-made for you from 6 to 10 different kinds of herbal extract powders. We will also suggest a diet change and lifestyle change, which focuses on how to incorporate Fengyang Qi Gong into one’s daily life, and how to remain in the moment.

Gong fu means the art of doing something well. In the tea ceremony known as gong fu, the implication is that time, dedication and effort will produce an ultimate tea experience. The phrase is also spelled as kung fu, kung fu-cha or gong fu-cha.

In China, gong fu tea was considered a regional practice rather than a national one. People who have had the chance to travel to Chaozhou or to the Wuyi mountains sometimes were lucky enough to experience this way of drinking tea. They would write about it, highlighting that this is a practice unseen in other parts of China, even in the neighboring regions.
